Job summary

Mighty Jaxx is seeking a process-driven Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist (APAC) to own regional operations outside China, drive improvements, and champion tech-enabled automation. You will collaborate with our SG HQ, regional teams, 3PLs and key customers to streamline fulfilment and accelerate delivery of phygital collectibles across APAC.

Reporting to the GM, APAC, this role requires independent execution, strong Excel and ERP usage, and a passion for scaling supply chain in a

Qualifications

Experience moving consumer goods across APAC.
Experience in consumer products, retail or e-commerce distribution.
Experience with process improvement and automation in logistics.
Familiarity with international freight, documentation and cross-border customs.
Familiarity with Incoterms.
Strong ops management and 3PL performance tracking.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and inventory planning.
Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
Independent, self-motivated with ability to automate processes.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end inbound and outbound freight in APAC (China to SG, SG to APAC).
Monitor 3PL performance, carriers and freight forwarders.
Resolve transit issues, customs bottlenecks, and disruptions.
Prepare shipping docs and ensure regulatory compliance.
Evaluate and integrate supply chain software to automate workflows.
Leverage Power BI and Excel for inventory tracking and KPI reporting.
Coordinate with Sales, Production and Finance forLaunch plans and forecasts.
Lead regional operations with growing autonomy.

Your Role

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a process-driven Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist (APAC) to take ownership of our regional supply chain operations outside China, drive process improvements, and spearhead the adoption of tech-enabled automation. Reporting to the GM, APAC (ex China), you will collaborate with internal teams across our SG HQ office, regional subsidiaries, external 3PL partners, and key customers to streamline fulfilment and eliminate operational inefficiencies. In this role, you will operate independently to scale our regional logistics capabilities to ensure our unique phygital collectibles reach fans speedily.

Responsibilities

Regional Freight & Supply Chain Management

Take full operational ownership of end-to-end inbound and outbound freight movements in APAC, specifically coordinating inbound shipments from China to Singapore, and outbound shipments from Singapore to other APAC markets.
Oversee daily performance and service level targets with our 3PL warehouse partner, local logistics carriers and freight forwarders.
Proactively resolve transit exceptions, customs clearance bottlenecks, and supply chain disruptions to maintain reliable delivery schedules.
Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, customs declarations, and clearance paperwork to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Process Optimisation & Technology Adoption

Identify operational inefficiencies across logistics workflows and implement streamlined, standardised processes.
Spearhead the evaluation, adoption and integration of supply chain software, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, WMS, and TMS, to automate manual workflows and increase operational speed.
Leverage tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel to automate inventory tracking, KPI reporting, and operational analytics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across freight and fulfilment channels to support regional business expansion.

Stakeholder Alignment & Operations Coordination

Manage cross-functional communication and align priorities across Mighty Jaxx HQ, regional subsidiaries, external logistics partners, and key customers.
Partner closely with Sales, Production, and Finance teams to align inventory allocation with regional launch schedules and demand forecasts.
Operate independently as a supply chain lead, taking on broader functional ownership as the regional business grows.

Requirements

Prior experience in moving consumer goods across APAC preferred.
Experience working within consumer products, retail, or e-commerce distribution networks.
Experience working on process improvement projects to streamline logistics operations, using automations, AI tools etc.
Familiarity with coordinating international freight movements, shipping documentation, and cross-border customs regulations.
Familiarity with Incoterms.
Strong capability in managing daily operations and tracking performance metrics with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, inventory planning, and reporting tracking.
Hands-on experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with Microsoft Dynamics being a fantastic bonus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with regional cross-functional teams and external partners.
Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and craft tailored solutions to automate operational flows, and reduce manual effort.
