Job summary

Epergne Solutions is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and transformation projects across the APAC region, with responsibilities spanning project delivery, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination and change management.

Based in Singapore, you will plan and run multiple complex supply chain initiatives, coordinate regional teams and ensure on-time delivery while optimizing operations, 3PL performance, inventory, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk, quality, and change management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading APAC/regional projects with distributed teams.
• Understanding of 3PL, warehousing, logistics, and fulfilment processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scope, schedules, resources, quality, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead multiple complex supply chain projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
• Analyse and reengineer business processes and recommend practical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather and document business requirements.
• Manage change implementation while maintaining business continuity.
• Coordinate remote and regional teams, vendors, and third-party logistics partners.
• Manage supply chain activities including inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, inventory, order fulfilment, and last-mile delivery.
• Govern 3PL performance through SLA, KPI, risk, and issue management.
• Lead implementation projects such as onboarding new manufacturing partners, distribution centres, or logistics/carrier partners.
• Identify and resolve complex project issues and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support project reporting, documentation, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:-

• 8+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, risk, quality, and change management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing APAC/regional projects and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, warehousing, WMS, fulfilment, and 3PL operations.
• Experience with vendor management and SLA/KPI governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking/planning tools.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
• Understanding of SDLC and technology implementation processes.
• Experience in consumer electronics, consulting, Lean Six Sigma, or project management certification is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
