Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership seeks an experienced Regional Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end supply chain across Asia Pacific. Lead demand and supply alignment, inventory optimization, and cross-functional decision making to support growth and excellence across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressive experience within Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning.
• Proven experience managing a regional APAC planning or S&OP process.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, production planning and integrated business planning.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceutical.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis or equivalent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end APAC S&OP process, facilitating monthly Demand Reviews, Supply Reviews, Executive S&OP and business planning meetings.
• Partner with country and regional commercial leaders to develop robust demand forecasts and scenario planning.
• Balance demand, supply, inventory and capacity requirements to achieve service, cost, and working capital objectives.
• Identify supply chain risks, constraints, and opportunities, developing mitigation and contingency plans where required.
• Establish and monitor key planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy, bias, inventory health, customer service levels, OTIF, and inventory turns.
• Lead inventory optimization initiatives to improve working capital while maintaining customer service excellence.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership through data-driven analysis and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across planning and supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with global supply chain teams to ensure alignment of regional and corporate planning strategies.
