APAC Supply Chain Leader: Demand, Inventory & Logistics

Job summary

JOOLA is seeking a Head of Supply Chain, APAC to lead and build the regional supply chain function across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, logistics and operations. Reporting to the CEO, APAC, you will connect commercial priorities with operational execution across markets and partners.

This hands-on leadership role will directly own supply planning during the initial build and establish processes to support our expanding regional business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply-chain experience including regional responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on supply planning with replenishment and inventory decisions.
• Experience leading S&OP and resolving cross-functional trade-offs.
• Experience managing international supply, manufacturing interfaces, inventory allocation and long lead-time products.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead an integrated APAC supply chain across planning, inventory, logistics and operations.
• Own APAC supply planning during the initial build phase, translating demand forecasts into purchase and replenishment plans.
• Lead regional sales and operations planning, connecting demand, supply, inventory and financial considerations.
• Own regional inventory availability and health across stocking locations; balance service, stock and working capital.
• Oversee regional freight, warehousing and fulfilment arrangements with logistics and 3PL partners.
• Establish KPIs for availability, inventory health, working capital, and logistics cost.
