Job summary

Sapiens International Corporation is seeking a Life & Pension PreSales Consultant to drive tailored demonstrations of the Life Platform and CoreSuite across EMEA and APAC. You will translate prospect requirements into compelling demos and POCs, working with Sales, Insurance Practice, and R&D to advance opportunities.

You will configure demos, develop scenario scripts, support POC engagements, and help align solutions with market and regulatory needs while enabling regional Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Presales, solution consulting, or technical sales experience in insurance software.
• Strong knowledge of Life & Pension products and platforms.
• Proven ability to configure and deliver software demonstrations to senior executives.
• Experience supporting RFI/RFP processes and bid responses.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into structured narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of tailored demonstrations of the Sapiens Life Platform and CoreSuite for L&P to prospective clients across EMEA and APAC.
• Configure the CoreSuite demo and presales environment to reflect individual prospect requirements and use cases.
• Develop and maintain scenario-based demonstration scripts aligned to market challenges and buyer personas.
• Support POC engagements, including scoping, configuration, delivery, and documenting outcomes.
• Coordinate with R&D and Product teams to keep demo environments current and stable.
• Collaborate with Sales, Insurance Practice, and R&D to produce high-quality bid responses within timelines.
• Participate in Discovery and Blueprint engagements and define proposed architectures for L&P prospects.
• Support estimation for commercial scoping and ensure feasibility and commercial soundness.
• Provide input into product solutions to meet market needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Act as presales technical resource across regions, attending pipeline reviews and customer engagements.
• Contribute to development of presales assets, including demo scripts and capability matrices.
• Train Sales colleagues on L&P product capabilities and demonstration best practices.
• Provide feedback from prospects to inform the product roadmap and R&D priorities.
