Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a hands-on Pre-Sales professional to articulate the value of our experience intelligence platform across ASEAN and ANZ markets. You will partner with Sales to tailor demonstrations, address customer needs, and showcase how analytics, data flows and APIs drive outcomes.

You will design solutions with Product and Engineering, advocate for customers, and help with implementations, training, and events.

Qualifications

3+ years in presales or similar technical customer-facing SaaS role.
Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript and API knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead Pre-Sales engagements with tailored presentations, demos and proof of concepts.
Provide deep technical knowledge of Contentsquare's platform, data flows and integrations.
Architect and design customized solutions leveraging Contentsquare products.
Act as trusted advisor to prospects and clients, understanding business challenges.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success for smooth handover and implementation.
Gather market insights to influence product roadmap and sales strategies.
Conduct training sessions to improve internal and partner selling capabilities.
Represent Contentsquare at events and webinars, showcasing thought leadership.
