Job summary

FactSet APAC Analytics seeks a Regional Director of Performance Solutions to drive sales pipeline and convert opportunities across Buy Side & Wealth clients in APAC. You will assess and qualify Performance products, coordinate with Product Specialists, and support sales with demonstrations, pilots, and proofs of concept.

You will develop account plans to maximize ASV growth, build senior relationships with clients, and partner with sales leadership to expand visibility and drive strategic

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a sales/client-facing role with a strong record and understanding of customer needs and relationships.
• Experience with Middle Office and Performance workflow; exposure to B-One, Eagle or StatPro is a plus.
• Self-starter who excels in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication to interface with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field; CFA qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough understanding of the performance market and competitive landscape.
• Identify growth areas by understanding client types and workflows, then pursue opportunities.
• Design tailored product demonstrations to show value of performance solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, analytics, sales engineering and consultants on engagements and pricing.
• Share client insights to influence product strategy and development.
• Mentor others, contribute to training, campaigns, and product feedback.
• Report opportunity status to senior management regularly.
• Build and expand relationships across an international network including Product Development and Implementation.
