Partex.AI is seeking a VP of Licensing & Business Development to lead APAC BD, focusing on pharmaceutical and biotechnology partnerships across Japan, China, Korea, Singapore and the broader APAC region.

The role requires an established Pharma/Biotech network in APAC, proven out-licensing expertise, and a strong deal sheet. Travel across APAC and occasional international meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Pharma/Biotech Business Development, Licensing, Corporate Development, or related functions.
• Proven Out-Licensing experience in Pharma/Biotech.
• Pharma/Biotech asset search and evaluation experience.
• Hands-on Business Development experience.
• Strong Oncology and/or Immunology experience preferred.
• Established Pharma/Biotech network across APAC preferred.
• Strong understanding of drug development, licensing, asset valuation, and negotiations.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with AI, computational drug discovery, or data-driven R&D is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead Licensing activities across APAC region.
• Identify, search, and evaluate Pharma/Biotech assets and potential partners.
• Build and manage relationships with Pharma/Biotech BD, Licensing, R&D, and Corporate Development teams.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities.
• Evaluate asset scientific, clinical, commercial, and strategic potential.
• Drive opportunities through partner identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, term sheets, and deal execution.
• Build and maintain a strong APAC Pharma/Biotech network.
• Represent Partex.AI at relevant industry and partnering events.
