Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational and coordination support to APAC VP and Management Team, including meetings and workshops.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, travel, and logistics for APAC leadership activities.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up actions for leadership discussions.
• Support planning and execution of internal/external APAC events, conferences, and workshops.
• Coordinate registration, venue, travel, communications, and post-event follow-up; assist with budget tracking.
• Assist in preparing management reports and regional business reviews.
• Maintain APAC information, docs, and ensure proper filing of key business information.
• Provide coordination support to regional functions and onboarding for regional activities.
