Job summary

Hogan Lovells seeks a Learning and Development Senior Coordinator for APAC, based in Singapore. The role supports planning and delivery of a range of skills development programmes for lawyers and Business Team across APAC, collaborating with global teams to coordinate engaging learning opportunities.

The position covers coordination of workshops, LMS administration, budgeting, stakeholder management, and report generation. Travel may be required to deliver programs as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Learning & Development in a professional services environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Design or facilitation experience is preferred.
• Strong MS Office and video conferencing proficiency (Teams/Zoom).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver in-person milestone programmes for APAC lawyers.
• Lead in-person and virtual professional skills workshops for APAC Business Team.
• Coordinate core skills workshops and launches for APAC region.
• Support LMS administration and budgeting under regional Head of L&D.
• Coordinate training resources, including materials and external vendors.
• Review and report on development offerings using feedback data.
• Maintain training records and curriculum databases; prepare internal communications.
• Build relationships with internal and external faculty to support programme delivery.
