Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader Lee & Lee in Singapore seeks a Learning and Development Coordinator to support planning and delivery of skills development programmes for lawyers and the Business Team in APAC. You will coordinate in-person milestone programmes and manage the LMS under the supervision of the global team.

Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach are essential, with experience in facilitating workshops and collaborating across regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in Learning & Development in a professional services environment.
• Professional certification in L&D is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver in-person milestone programmes for lawyers across APAC.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual workshops for the Business Team in APAC.
• Support design of workshops with Head of APAC L&D and external providers.
• Co-facilitate selected training sessions for junior lawyers and APAC Business Team.
• Lead administrative support for LMS under global team supervision.
• Maintain training records and curriculum databases.
