Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader Lee & Lee in Singapore seeks a Learning and Development Coordinator/Senior Coordinator to support planning and delivery of skill development for lawyers and the Business Team across the APAC region. You will work with the regional HLC Lead & Learn team and other stakeholders to coordinate engaging learning opportunities.

Qualifications

2–3 years in professional services Learning & Development.
Coordinator level considered for junior experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
L&D certification desirable.
Experience in design or facilitation preferred.
Proficient with MS Office, Teams/Zoom and CSOD LMS.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and deliver in-person milestone programmes for lawyers across APAC.
Coordinate in-person and virtual professional skills workshops for APAC Business Team.
Lead planning and launch of professional core skills workshops for APAC.
Assist design of workshops with Head of Learning & Development - APAC and external providers.
Co-facilitate training sessions for junior lawyers and APAC Business Team.
Lead regional LMS administration under global team supervision.
Provide administrative support to Head of Learning & Development for training and budgeting.
Coordinate training resources, budgets and external vendors.
