Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global professional services organisation to appoint a Learning & Development Coordinator for the Asia Pacific region. The role focuses on supporting the design, coordination and delivery of learning and development initiatives across APAC.

You will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences and manage training programmes, including facilitation of workshops and oversight of budgets and vendor

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related field.
• Exposure to programme design, facilitation and delivery would be advantageous.
• Professional certifications in Learning & Development are viewed favourably.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual learning platforms and learning management systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver L&D initiatives across the APAC region.
• Work with regional and global stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences and manage programmes.
• Facilitate selected workshops and support broader talent development projects.
• Oversee logistics and budgets, vendor relationships and administration of learning technologies.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness, analyse feedback, prepare reports and develop communications promoting initiatives.
