Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to support planning and delivery of a range of skills development programmes and workshops for our lawyers and Business Team in the APAC region. They will work closely with the regional and global L&D team and other stakeholders to coordinate and execute engaging learning opportunities.

Key duties include coordinating in-person and virtual workshops, leading regional L&D initiatives, and maintaining the LMS.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a professional services environment in Learning and Development.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional certification in learning and development is desirable.
• Some experience in design or facilitation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and LMS platforms (CSOD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver in-person milestone programmes for lawyers across APAC.
• Lead coordination of in-person and virtual professional skills workshops for the APAC Business Team.
• Coordinate or launch professional core skills workshops for APAC; collaborate with EMEA team.
• Assist in workshop design with Head of L&D APAC and external providers.
• Co-facilitate selected training sessions for junior lawyers and APAC staff.
• Manage regional LMS administration under supervision of global team.
• Support training budgeting and resource coordination with external vendors.
• Track and evaluate development offerings; gather feedback and prepare reports.
• Maintain training records and curriculum databases; update learning management systems.
• Prepare internal communications such as newsletters and welcome emails.
