Job summary

SHEIN, headquartered in Singapore, seeks an IT Support Specialist to be the primary onsite contact for IT matters, supporting local and APAC users. You will manage hardware, software, and security, while documenting incidents and collaborating with vendors to resolve issues.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT or related field and at least 4 years of enterprise IT support experience, with strong troubleshooting and customer-service orientation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years in enterprise IT support or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, OS, networking fundamentals, and endpoint tools.
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving IT issues promptly.
• Familiar with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for the Singapore office and manage devices (workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, IP cameras, switches, WLAN).
• Deliver executive level IT support and remote assistance across APAC time zones.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues and improvements with internal teams.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including accounts and orientation sessions.
• Ensure IT systems are secure, up-to-date, and policy compliant.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, assets, and solutions.
• Coordinate with third party providers and maintain enterprise IT standards.
• Support and implement IT policies and procedures as required.
• Occasionally work on public holidays with compensatory time off.
