Job summary

Kerry Consulting PTE. LTD. seeks a Regional IT Operations Manager to oversee IT service delivery across the APAC region, ensuring reliable, efficient, and business-aligned IT operations while partnering closely with senior management and stakeholders.

This role requires managing regional IT budgets, driving service improvements, coordinating with Corporate IT delivery teams and external vendors, and leading incident resolution in a multinational environment with travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Solid experience in enterprise IT operations and service delivery.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles, IT demand management, budgeting processes, and regional IT service management within a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT services performance across the APAC region to meet business expectations and SLAs.
• Serve as primary liaison between regional stakeholders, Corporate IT delivery teams, and external vendors.
• Lead regional IT budget planning and forecasting to align with business requirements.
• Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across the region while adopting corporate IT standards and best practices.
