Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a proactive LCM Planning & Coordination lead to drive lifecycle management for APAC. You will develop migration schedules, coordinate Windows migrations, VDI/DaaS adoption, and cloud initiatives, while communicating plans to end users and stakeholders.

You will maintain accurate ServiceNow records, track progress, manage on-site hardware assets, and provide regular reporting to management across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a regional environment.
• Good understanding of Windows 10/11 upgrade and migration processes.
• Familiarity with VDI/DaaS solutions and cloud migration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and workflow management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
• Experience in hardware asset tracking, inventory management, and lifecycle services.

Responsibilities

• Drive LCM planning and coordination across APAC for migration schedules and live plans.
• Plan Windows migration cycles, VDI/DaaS adoption, and cloud migrations.
• Update ServiceNow records and provide regular status updates to management.
• Maintain asset and inventory records and manage onsite hardware assets.
• Provide regular reporting and visibility of LCM activities to leadership.
