Job summary

Stefanini is seeking an experienced professional to drive Lifecycle Management planning across the APAC region and support hardware lifecycle and asset management functions. The role requires proactive planning, coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

The candidate will develop migration schedules, coordinate Windows migrations, VDI/DaaS adoption, and cloud initiatives, while keeping stakeholders informed across APAC.

Qualifications

• Experience with lifecycle management planning and regional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain migration schedules, forecasts, weekly trackers, and 3-week outlooks.
• Plan and coordinate Windows migration cycles, VDI/DaaS adoption, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Communicate migration plans and schedules to end users and key stakeholders across APAC.
• Track migration progress using Management Studio and provide regular status updates to management.
• Update ServiceNow records and maintain accurate workflow documentation.
• Identify exceptions requiring parallel upgrades, such as EOL hardware or application compatibility issues.
• Review historical migration plans and adjust strategies for current migration cycles.
• Collaborate with other APAC LCM planners to ensure successful delivery of regional initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting, planning updates, and overall visibility of LCM activities to management.
