Job summary

STEFANINI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive LCM and hardware lifecycle specialist to drive planning across the APAC region, coordinate Windows migration cycles, and manage assets throughout their lifecycle.

You will collaborate with regional planners, maintain schedules, update ServiceNow records, and report progress to management, ensuring seamless end-user experiences and compliant asset inventories.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a regional environment
• Good understanding of Windows upgrade and migration processes
• Familiarity with VDI/DaaS solutions and cloud migration frameworks
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and workflow management tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership qualities with ownership to drive initiatives independently
• Experience in hardware asset tracking, inventory management, and lifecycle services

Responsibilities

• Drive LCM planning activities across the APAC region.
• Develop and maintain migration schedules, forecasts, weekly trackers, and 3-week outlooks.
• Plan and coordinate Windows migration cycles, VDI/DaaS adoption and cloud migration initiatives.
• Communicate migration plans and schedules to end users and key stakeholders across APAC.
• Track migration progress and provide regular status updates to management.
• Update ServiceNow records and maintain accurate workflow documentation.
• Identify exceptions requiring parallel upgrades due to EOL hardware or app compatibility.
• Review historical plans and adjust strategies for current migrations.
• Collaborate with other APAC LCM planners to ensure regional success.
• Provide regular reporting and visibility of LCM activities to management.
• Perform break/fix support activities and coordinate hardware replacements.
• Execute lifecycle activities including installations, moves, adds, and changes.
• Support installation, relocation, and handling of end-user devices and workplace tech.
