Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a seasoned Deskside/End User Computer Support specialist to join our global IT services team. You will provide hands-on support for Mac OS and Windows environments, Office applications, mobile devices, printers and PC hardware, and assist with AV conferencing systems across a large corporate footprint.

In this role, you will triage incidents, document configurations, and participate in after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smart phones, AV conferencing, printers and PC hardware.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor in high-pressure environments.
• Experience supporting remote facilities and users.
• Ability to learn new technologies and perform research.
• Deskside/Desktop End User PC support in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support for Mac and Windows devices.
• Support printers, scanners, mobile devices, VPN, and AV systems.
• IMAC tasks: Install/Move/Add/Change.
• Maintain system configurations and documentation.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Track incidents and requests in the client ticketing tool.
• On-call and after-hours support as needed.
• May provide executive support.
• May work at multiple client locations.
• Inventory management of IT assets.
