Job summary

NCS Group, a leading AI Tech Services company, seeks a Service Delivery Manager for Lifecycle Management, End User Computing. You will oversee EUC lifecycle activities, including deployment, refresh, and retirement of end-user devices, while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

You will drive asset accuracy, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement, leveraging ITIL practices and strong reporting to deliver reliable IT services in a dynamic APAC environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT project management experience
• Experience in End User Computing, Digital Workplace, Desktop Support, Service Desk, IT Operations, or Service Delivery
• Familiarity with ITIL practices or ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, reporting and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day EUC lifecycle service delivery.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, internal teams, partners and engineering.
• Track asset lifecycle, deployment, refresh, and retirement of devices.
• Perform data analysis on asset utilisation and lifecycle trends.
• Generate reports and dashboards on asset metrics and SLA performance.
