Job summary

STEFANINI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive LCM and hardware lifecycle specialist to drive planning across the APAC region, coordinate Windows migration cycles, and manage assets throughout their lifecycle.

You will collaborate with regional planners, maintain schedules, update ServiceNow records, and report progress to management, ensuring seamless end-user experiences and compliant asset inventories.

Responsibilities

• Drive LCM planning activities across the APAC region.
• Develop and maintain migration schedules, forecasts, weekly trackers, and 3-week outlooks.
• Plan and coordinate Windows migration cycles, VDI/DaaS adoption and cloud migration initiatives.
• Communicate migration plans and schedules to end users and key stakeholders across APAC.
• Track migration progress and provide regular status updates to management.
• Update ServiceNow records and maintain accurate workflow documentation.
• Identify exceptions requiring parallel upgrades due to EOL hardware or app compatibility.
• Review historical plans and adjust strategies for current migrations.
• Collaborate with other APAC LCM planners to ensure regional success.
• Provide regular reporting and visibility of LCM activities to management.
• Perform break/fix support activities and coordinate hardware replacements.
• Execute lifecycle activities including installations, moves, adds, and changes.
• Support installation, relocation, and handling of end-user devices and workplace tech.

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Lifecycle Management (LCM)planning activities across the APAC region, while also supporting hardware lifecycle and asset management functions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong planning, coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

LCM Planning& Coordination

• Develop and maintain migration schedules, forecasts, weekly trackers, and 3-week outlooks.
• Plan and coordinate Windows migration cycles, VDI/DaaS adoption and cloud migration initiatives.
• Communicate migration plans and schedules to end users and key stakeholders across APAC.
• Track migration progress using Management Studio and provide regular status updates to management.
• Update ServiceNow records and maintain accurate workflow documentation.
• Identify exceptions requiring parallel upgrades, such as EOL hardware or application compatibility issues.
• Review historical migration plans and adjust strategies for current migration cycles.
• Collaborate closely with other APAC LCM planners to ensure successful delivery of regional initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting, planning updates, and overall visibility of LCM activities to management.

Hardware Support& Lifecycle Services

• Perform break/fix support activities and coordinate hardware replacements.
• Execute lifecycle activities, including installations, moves, adds, and changes.
• Support physical installation, relocation, and handling of end-user computing devices and workplace technology equipment, including large-format displays.

Asset &Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
• Manage onsite inventory, including spare devices and loaner equipment.
• Support audit, compliance, and asset-tracking activities across the APAC region.
• Ensure effective tracking and management of hardware assets throughout their lifecycle.

Required Skills& Competencies

• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a regional environment.
• Good understanding of Windows 10/11 upgrade and migration processes.
• Familiarity with VDI/DaaS solutions and cloud migration frameworks.
