Responsibilities

• LCM Planning & Coordination across APAC: migration schedules, forecasts, 3-week outlooks.
• Plan and coordinate Windows migration cycles, VDI/DaaS adoption, cloud migrations.
• Communicate migration plans to end users and stakeholders across APAC.
• Track migration progress using Management Studio; provide status updates.
• Update ServiceNow records and maintain workflow documentation.
• Identify exceptions requiring parallel upgrades due to EOL hardware or apps.
• Review historical plans and adapt strategies for current cycles.
• Collaborate with other APAC LCM planners for regional delivery.
• Provide regular reporting and visibility of LCM activities to management.
• Hardware support lifecycle services: break/fix, replacements, lifecycle activities.
• Assist with installations, moves, adds, changes; support device handling.
• Manage asset and inventory records; onsite inventory and loaners; audits.

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Lifecycle Management (LCM)planning activities across the APAC region, while also supporting hardware lifecycle and asset management functions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong planning, coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

LCM Planning& Coordination

• Develop and maintain migration schedules, forecasts, weekly trackers, and 3-week outlooks.
• Plan and coordinate Windows migration cycles, VDI/DaaS adoption and cloud migration initiatives.
• Communicate migration plans and schedules to end users and key stakeholders across APAC.
• Track migration progress using Management Studio and provide regular status updates to management.
• Update ServiceNow records and maintain accurate workflow documentation.
• Identify exceptions requiring parallel upgrades, such as EOL hardware or application compatibility issues.
• Review historical migration plans and adjust strategies for current migration cycles.
• Collaborate closely with other APAC LCM planners to ensure successful delivery of regional initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting, planning updates, and overall visibility of LCM activities to management.

Hardware Support& Lifecycle Services

• Perform break/fix support activities and coordinate hardware replacements.
• Execute lifecycle activities, including installations, moves, adds, and changes.
• Support physical installation, relocation, and handling of end-user computing devices and workplace technology equipment, including large-format displays.

Asset &Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
• Manage onsite inventory, including spare devices and loaner equipment.
• Support audit, compliance, and asset-tracking activities across the APAC region.
• Ensure effective tracking and management of hardware assets throughout their lifecycle.

Required Skills& Competencies
