in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead growth of IT infrastructure products, systems, solutions and services across the Asia Pacific region, focusing on Building, Infrastructure, Enterprise IT and Data Centre segments. You will drive go-to-market strategies, build key client relationships, and coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Experience in Building, Large Infrastructure, Telecom, Enterprise IT and Data Centre preferred.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure & Connectivity solutions in Building, Elevator, IT, Data Centre and Industrial environments.

Aufgaben

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess competitors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, consultants and strategic alliance stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration.
• Formulate and execute strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross functional sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies based on market trends and results.
• Present business plans and growth strategies to company senior leadership and stakeholders.
