Job summary

iCapital is seeking a VP Relationship Manager to join our Client Solutions team in Singapore. This role focuses on developing and managing iCapital’s GP and Asset Manager relationships across the APAC region, supporting the international strategy from Singapore.

The VP will own client relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and drive initiatives to expand partnerships and improve service delivery in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years in Private Markets/Asset or Wealth Management.
• Experience in fund structuring or platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a key contributor to the Client Solutions team in APAC in executing the relationship management strategy for the region with a focus on Asset Managers.
• Own and develop relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of coordination across iCapital.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across Asset Managers and GP partners throughout the APAC region.
• Drive client engagement and identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through new product launches, strategic initiatives, and enhanced service delivery.
• Take ownership for contributions to strategic projects and work alongside colleagues in developing and refining the iCapital International offering.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, competitive dynamics, investor demand and industry trends, sharing insights with colleagues across regions.
• Build strong internal relationships within iCapital and work closely with other teams to achieve the best client outcomes and successful long-term client relationships.
