Job summary

Fisher Investments Singapore is seeking a Relationship Manager - Service to act as the main contact for institutional clients in Singapore and across APAC. This role involves frequent travel, coordinating with US and regional teams, and leading client meetings.

The position requires at least 4 years in asset management and client services, strong communication, and the ability to present complex information to diverse stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proficiency of other regional languages preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in asset management and client services and sales preferred.
• Excellent, professional communication skills through face-to-face, phone and written contact.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers, clients, prospects, and investment consultants.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Singapore and APAC-based institutional clients.
• Collaborate with US and regional teams to service clients.
• Maintain familiarity with assigned clients and travel to meet them.
• Record communications in internal contact management software.
• Coordinate sales and service processes with APAC sales teams and clients.
• Conduct in-person portfolio reviews and discuss portfolio changes and market outlook.
