Job summary

Herdable, a leading regulated institutional digital-asset trading and structured-products platform, seeks a Distribution / Business Development professional based in Singapore to grow its Structured Products and QIS franchise across Asia.

The role focuses on building institutional distribution, partnerships, and cross-border business, reporting to senior leadership, with base salary plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in institutional financial markets.
• Experience across traditional finance and/or institutional digital assets.
• Fluent English with strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive institutional distribution and build scalable channels for structured products and QIS.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with banks, asset managers and other intermediaries.
• Support product and market development through client feedback and market intelligence.
• Expand institutional relationships across Singapore and APAC, with potential global engagements.
