Job summary

PTC is seeking a Director, APAC Inside Sales to lead the Inside Sales and Sales Development organization across Asia Pacific, including Singapore, Japan, China, and Korea. You will own revenue attainment, pipeline generation, and talent development in a distributed team.

You will drive modern digital selling practices, including AI-powered tools, and collaborate with Field Sales, Channel and Marketing to accelerate growth and ensure recurring revenue across APAC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B technology sales experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-country Inside Sales teams in APAC.
• Proven revenue growth and pipeline attainment.
• Experience with CRM and analytics.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC Inside Sales revenue and pipeline targets.
• Develop and execute APAC Inside Sales strategy across CAD, PLM, SaaS, and Service Lifecycle.
• Lead Sales Development teams for prospecting and qualification.
• Forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis.
• Partner with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Operations.
