LaSalle is seeking an on-the-ground programme professional in Singapore to support Asia Pacific transformation. You will work with the Europe-based design team, ensuring regional priorities are reflected and delivery is aligned with the global programme timeline.

The role combines due diligence, process re-engineering, and local change management, coordinating with regional leaders and gaining visibility into implementation and transition activities.

Formación

• 8+ years’ experience in project management, business transformation, process improvement or organisational change.
• Experience supporting operating model change, offshoring/centralisation, or shared-services transitions is highly desirable.
• Exposure to financial services, asset/investment management or real estate is an advantage.
• Track record of working independently as the sole on-the-ground team member.

Responsabilidades

• Due diligence, process re‑engineering and documentation of current-state processes.
• Coordinate with global design decisions and feed regional findings into the design.
• Develop practical regional implementation plans and support onboarding and mobilisation of resources.
• Act as on-the-ground change contact and adapt global strategy to the Asia Pacific context.
• Maintain regional project plans, RAID logs and status updates for governance.
