Job summary

LaSalle Investment Management, the asset & portfolio management arm of JLL, is seeking an Asia Pacific Implementation Lead on a fixed-term contract based in Singapore. The role spans due diligence, process re-engineering, regional implementation, and local change management, collaborating with global teams to redesign the APAC operating model.

You will split time across process mapping, design alignment, and readiness activities, acting as the on-ground catalyst for change in the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or organisational change.
• Experience supporting operating model change, offshoring or shared services is desirable.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support regional due diligence on centralisation candidates and map current-state processes.
• Facilitate workshops and contribute to future-state process designs and capabilities.
• Develop regional implementation plans and assist with resource mapping and go-live readiness.
• Act as a primary on-the-ground change contact for Asia Pacific and coordinate with global teams.
