Job summary

LaSalle Investment Management seeks an on‑the‑ground Programme Lead in Singapore to drive Asia Pacific transformation of Asset & Portfolio Management. You will work with a Europe‑based team to deliver local change, due diligence, process re‑engineering, and rollout of new operating models across the region.

The role requires coordinating with HR, Operations and regional leadership, running workshops, and ensuring readiness for go‑live while managing risks and timelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in project management, business transformation or organisational change.
• Prior experience supporting operating model change, offshoring or shared-services transitions is highly desirable.
• Exposure to financial services, asset/investment management or real estate is an advantage.
• Track record of working independently as the sole regional on-the-ground member.

Responsibilities

• Support regional due diligence and understand activities, process steps and handoffs.
• Facilitate process mapping and decision-gate workshops using the five-lens framework.
• Coordinate regional implementation plans with Operations and HR.
• Track regional progress and report risks to the central programme team.
• Build strong relationships with local A&PM teams and regional leadership.
