Job summary

The Singapore region plays a pivotal role in the Asia Pacific transformation programme, with a hands-on remit across due diligence, process re-engineering, implementation and local change management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management or business transformation.
• Experience with operating model change or shared-services transitions is highly desirable.
• Exposure to financial services, asset management or real estate is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work independently as the sole regional team member on a distributed programme.

Responsibilities

• Support regional due diligence on centralisation candidates and map activities.
• Facilitate process mapping and five-lens decision workshops.
• Document current-state processes and design future-state capabilities.
• Coordinate regional findings with global design decisions and vice versa.
• Develop practical regional implementation plans with local Operations and HR.
• Support recruitment and mobilisation of regional resources in Singapore and Tokyo.
• Act as on-the-ground change contact for Asia Pacific and adapt global strategy locally.
• Run local briefings, workshops and Q&A sessions.
