Allied World in Singapore seeks a payroll and HR operations specialist to support the rollout of a third‑party payroll provider across APAC and EMEA. You will document requirements, assist regional teams, and manage data inputs/outputs for payroll changes, hires, terminations, and benefits.

The role includes parallel testing, defect tracking, Go‑live support, and Workday stabilization with cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of HR operations, payroll, or HR technology experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM across processes, data, and reporting.
• Experience with payroll implementations and vendor transitions.
• Knowledge of payroll controls and data reconciliation across APAC/EMEA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Information Systems, Finance.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation of a third-party payroll provider across APAC and EMEA.
• Document requirements, decisions, risks, and actions with stakeholders.
• Prepare payroll inputs/outputs including changes, hires, terminations, and benefits.
• Execute parallel testing, defect logging, and cutover readiness.
• Support Workday stabilization and issue escalation with owners.
• Perform data audits and reconciliations between Workday and payroll systems.
• Conduct user acceptance and regression testing with traceability.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, controls, and knowledge transfer materials.
