Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including HR initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-country projects across multiple countries, cultures and time zones.
• Experience in a multinational technology or high-growth organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of regional and global HR initiatives across APAC.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and regional teams to drive talent programs and employee experience.
• Manage governance, reporting, risks, and compliance aligned with local regulations.
• Guide change and workforce transformation with clear implementation strategies.
