Job summary

Western Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Human Resources to lead complex HR programs across Asia Pacific. You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence, regional teams, and business leaders to manage talent programs, employee experience, workforce transformation, HR technology, compliance, and governance projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including HR or People Operations.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-country projects across Asia Pacific.
• Experience in multinational technology or high-growth organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regional and global HR initiatives, including talent management, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, HR technology implementations, benefits programs, and compliance-related projects.
• Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across multiple countries to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Support localization and execution of global HR programs across markets, ensuring local regulatory alignment.
• Lead change and workforce transformation initiatives to drive adoption with minimal disruption.
• Ensure HR projects comply with labor laws and data privacy regulations in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.
