WD in Singapore is seeking an Early Career Talent Program Manager to lead APAC internship and full-time programs, partnering with global program leadership. Based in Singapore, you will tailor execution to regional needs and manage onboarding, learning sessions, engagement, and offboarding across APAC markets.

You will build scalable enablement tools, coordinate with Recruiting, HR, and business leaders, and travel as needed to deliver high-impact programs across Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, early career programs, university recruiting, or talent development.
• Proven experience managing early career programs across APAC markets; familiarity with Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and other APAC regions.
• Experience balancing program execution and enablement, including building tools, frameworks, or scalable processes.
• Strong program management skills: planning, execution, stakeholder management, and program effectiveness measurement.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR, learning & development, talent brand, and business stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable engaging both early career audiences and senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of internship and full-time early career programs across APAC, including onboarding, orientation, learning sessions, engagement events, and offboarding.
• Manage program logistics including event planning, vendor coordination, scheduling, and budget tracking.
• Track participant progress, engagement, and performance in alignment with the global program strategy.
• Serve as primary point of contact for early career hires, interns, and managers across the region.
• Travel to key APAC locations as needed to support in-person program execution and events.
