Job summary

JAC Recruitment in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Delivery Lead to steer regional client implementations across APAC. You will own end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to go-live, and ensure seamless onboarding of multinational clients.

You will manage multi-country project portfolios, coach managers, escalate issues to executives, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Service Delivery to improve delivery frameworks. Travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, HR or related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• 10+ years in project delivery or implementation; 5+ years regional/multi-country leadership.
• Experience with HRMS, HCM, payroll, ERP, EOR or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Strong governance, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder alignment.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regional client implementations across APAC.
• Manage a portfolio of multi-country projects within scope, time, budget.
• Coach and performance-manage project managers and implementation consultants.
• Serve as senior escalation point for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Delivery teams for successful outcomes.
• Drive governance, reporting, resource planning and risk management.
• Support sales opportunities with implementation planning and estimates.
• Gradually own regional project function and team leadership.
