Randstad Singapore seeks a Project Director to lead complex, multi-country enterprise SaaS and EOR implementations across the APAC region. Headquartered in Singapore with a global footprint, you will join a high-impact delivery group and help steer our regional project management function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of robust project management experience in Payroll Outsourcing, HR tech, EOR or Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience delivering multi-country rollouts across Asia-Pacific with multiple time zones.
• Proven ability to lead and develop remote, culturally diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director to review and manage the project portfolio.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll and HRMS implementations across APAC.
• Coach and scale a team of project managers and consultants across APAC.
• Bridge Sales, Product R&D and Service Delivery to improve governance and methodologies.
