Job summary

Western Digital (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Human Resources to lead complex HR programs across the Asia Pacific region.

You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence, regional HR teams, and business leaders to drive talent programs, employee experience, and workforce transformation. The role requires strong project management, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate diverse regulatory and cultural environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including HR/People Operations initiatives.
• Experience leading large cross-country programs across multiple countries, cultures and time zones.
• Experience in a multinational technology or high-growth global organization is preferred.
• English fluency is required; additional APAC languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR initiatives across APAC and global programs.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, regional teams, and business leaders for program delivery.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and executive communications to support decision-making.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, resources, and delivery plans for successful outcomes.
• Drive change management, workforce transformation, and compliance with Legal and Compliance teams.
