Job summary

Murex Southeast Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a warm, highly organized HR Specialist to manage onboarding, employee experience, international mobility, and HR compliance activities across APAC.

From offer acceptance through the employee’s first 90 days, you will be the main point of contact for external hires and relocation employees across APAC, ensuring a welcoming, seamless, and compliant experience while collaborating with HR and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience with onboarding, mobility and compliance exposure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across APAC.
• Experience coordinating documentation, records and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding from offer to 90 days for APAC hires.
• Coordinate visa applications, relocation logistics and mobility.
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain confidential records.
• Plan and support APAC employee engagement events and programs.
• Manage relationships with screening, relocation and service providers.
