Murex is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage onboarding, employee experience, international mobility, and HR compliance activities across APAC. You will be the main contact from offer acceptance through the first 90 days for external hires and relocating employees, ensuring a welcoming, seamless, and compliant experience.

In this role, you will support APAC employee engagement initiatives, flagship events, HR documentation and policies, and vendor management, coordinating with HR

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience with 3+ years in onboarding and international mobility.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across APAC and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end onboarding journey from offer to 90 days.
• Act as main contact for external hires and APAC mobility.
• Deliver onboarding sessions and guide through company policies, systems, processes, and resources.
• Ensure welcoming, engaging, and consistent employee experience across locations.
• Coordinate visa applications, relocation logistics, accommodation, shipments, and mobility arrangements.
• Track mobility activities and provide timely information and support.
• Prepare and verify employment contracts and employee documentation.
• Maintain confidential employee records and complete hire-related transactions in Workday.
• Organize APAC employee engagement events and vendor management.
• Review onboarding outcomes to identify improvements.
