Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) seeks an Assistant Manager HR to lead HR functions in Singapore and support APAC growth. You will partner with business leaders to drive talent management, recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance across the Sports and Portas units.

You will collaborate with international COE teams, manage visa processes, and promote employee engagement while ensuring governance and scalable HR practices in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of HR generalist experience in multinational companies.
• Experience in international Sports/Entertainment sector preferred.
• Degree in HR or Business Administration; IHRP-SP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
• Expertise across HRBP, employee relations, talent development, performance management, recruitment.
• Strong change management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to drive results in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions for Singapore for both CAA Sports & CAA Portas within APAC region.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and update policies as needed.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding/off-boarding activities.
• Manage employment documentation, claims, insurance, and visa applications with vendors.
• Organize and support employee engagement, CSR and welfare activities.
• Support compensation and benefits activities including salary increments, performance bonuses, promotions and budgeting.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop workforce planning and HR strategies.
