Creative Artists Agency (CAA) APAC seeks an Assistant Manager HR reporting to the HR Director APAC. You will work with business leaders to understand priorities and implement tools to ensure the right talent, structures, and processes to drive growth across Singapore and the APAC region.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in multinational company.
• Prior experience in international Sports/Entertainment sector is highly preferred.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or IHRP-SP certified is preferred.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of local employment-related laws and regulations.
• Extensive technical expertise across multiple human resources disciplines (HRBP, employee relations, talent development, performance management, recruitment, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Oversees full HR spectrum for Singapore for CAA Sports & CAA Portas in APAC.
• Monitors compliance with local employment laws and updates policies.
• Leads end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manages HR docs, claims, insurance, visas with vendors.
• Coordinates employee engagement, CSR and welfare activities.
• Supports compensation and benefits activities including Salary Increment, Performance Bonus, Promotion and Manpower Budgeting.
• Works with senior leaders to develop workforce planning and HR strategies for growth.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
