Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking an Assistant Manager HR for Singapore to partner with business leaders and implement HR strategies across the APAC region. You will support the Singapore office and contribute to talent initiatives for CAA Sports and CAA Portas.

Responsibilities include full HR operations: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance and talent management, learning and development, payroll, and visa support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of HR generalist experience in a multinational setting.
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or IHRP-SP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local Singapore employment laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions for Singapore and APAC regional support.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and talent management processes.
• Manage compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and development, payroll, visa support, and HR compliance.
