Job summary

STERIS SOLUTIONS PTE. LIMITED, based in Singapore, seeks an HR professional to merge HR partnering and HR operations across the APAC region, delivering practical people solutions and driving operational excellence.

You will support onboarding, documentation, HR systems, and compliance for Singapore, Malaysia, India, Viet Nam and Thailand. You will partner with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services and business leaders to ensure a positive employee experience and effective HR processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related discipline plus relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years supporting employee lifecycle in a multinational environment.
At least 1 year of experience using HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors/Workday).
Experience across APAC and working with diverse employment practices.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across APAC countries.
Process and maintain employee data in HR systems like SuccessFactors and Workday.
Prepare employment documentation and communications for staff.
Serve as primary HR operations contact for employees and managers in assigned countries.
Ensure compliance with policies and local employment requirements.
Collaborate with Payroll, Compensation, Finance, IT and vendors for HR operations.
Conduct HR data audits and resolve discrepancies; provide regional support as needed.
