Job summary

LGBT Great is seeking an experienced HR Sr. Associate/Lead (Manager) for its Singapore office. This senior position is responsible for driving operational excellence and leading a team across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will possess significant People Operations experience, a strong technical background in HR systems, and the ability to lead transformation initiatives.

Reporting to both the APAC HR Business Partner and Global Head of People Operations, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing HR service delivery and ensuring compliance across all processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI-enabled HR solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory programs across APAC jurisdictions is preferred.
• Continuous improvement expertise and matrix environment experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and HR service delivery across APAC.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle execution.
• Enable HR Business Partners by handling operational delivery.
• Drive HR transformation and automation initiatives.
• Coach and develop a team of HR Associates.
• Define and manage KPIs and success metrics.
