Maersk Contract Logistics Asia Pacific seeks a Regional Head of People to lead the regional People Function across 15 countries, 270 sites and a multi‑faceted workforce in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, this role blends strategic business partnership with frontline HR operations, demanding commercial acumen and deep people leadership within a large-scale logistics context.

You will shape capability, strengthen leadership, and drive workforce planning and operating models across the region,

Qualifications

• Significant senior HR leadership experience across Asia Pacific.
• Experience supporting large, complex, geographically dispersed workforces.
• Proven ability to partner with executive and regional leadership teams.
• Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Experience leading employee and labour relations programmes in multi-country environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the regional People strategy aligned to Maersk Contract Logistics’ growth ambitions.
• Act as trusted advisor to the Regional Leadership Team on organisational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Lead design initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability and business performance.
• Oversee leadership development and succession planning for critical talent.
• Provide commercially focused HR guidance to senior leaders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end People Function delivery across Asia Pacific and ensure compliant processes.
