Job summary

Hatch Asia Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to own operations for a single enterprise customer across Asia Pacific, with future scope to expand to more customers. The role demands leadership across multiple sites, governance, and budget discipline to support growth.

You will lead KPI frameworks, drive programme delivery, and engage senior customer stakeholders while shaping an ambitious regional growth plan and ensuring safety and compliance standards across country

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of third party logistics experience.
• Strong record in programme management, governance and regional budgeting.
• Experience in mission critical, spare parts or other high-value, time-sensitive logistics is a strong advantage.
• Able to lead country leads without owning their P&L, and to engage senior customer stakeholders.
• Degree in logistics, supply chain or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region.

Responsibilities

• Own regional operational performance, including KPI frameworks, service level delivery and reporting to the customer.
• Lead programme delivery across the region, covering site start-ups, process rollouts and continuous improvement.
• Own the regional budget and cost control. Country operations carry the P&L, so the role drives productivity and spend discipline through influence, not direct profit ownership.
• Lead and develop the country operations leads, setting common standards for safety, compliance and governance.
• Act as the senior operational contact for the customer and their regional stakeholders.
• Shape the Asia Pacific growth plan, including the onboarding of future customers and sites.

As the client grows in Asia Pacific, the scope is expected to extend to additional customers.
