Maersk is seeking a Regional Head of Product Management for Lead Logistics (LL) in Asia Pacific to shape regional LL product strategy, drive commercial performance, and operational excellence. You will lead Area LL Product Management teams, align with global priorities, and drive customer retention, pricing governance and scalable growth across the region.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Area LL Product Management teams across Asia Pacific, driving a high-performance and customer-centric culture
• Manage 5 areas product performance, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, margin optimisation, and operational efficiency
• Ensure business plans and performance cycles incorporate inputs from Areas, Business Development teams, Products, and stakeholders
• Establish and maintain market-relevant pricing strategies and margin governance across the region
• Partner with commercial teams to support customer retention and enable strategic account growth
• Drive regional execution of product governance standards, ensuring compliance and operational discipline across markets
• Act as regional owner for OCC, process optimisation, productivity, and service quality initiatives
• Lead the regional CFS network strategy and implementation for scalability and cost competitiveness
• Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with Functional Platform teams for process enhancements
• Collaborate with MCL and cross-functional stakeholders for best-in-class CFS cost management
• Contribute to the global Lead Logistics strategy and regional budgeting, ROFO, and performance management
• Set regional pricing and margin guidelines and manage commercial exceptions outside standard parameters
• Drive cross-product and cross-functional projects across the region
• Collaborate with CPM/KCD teams to strengthen customer retention and growth opportunities
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities across functions and geographies
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of logistics and APAC market dynamics; balance strategy with execution
