Job summary

Hatch Asia seeks a Regional Operations Manager to own APAC operations for a leading 3PL provider, delivering service excellence across dedicated sites.

You will lead site start-ups, drive governance and budgeting, and partner with country leaders and senior customers to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of third party logistics experience across APAC.
• Proven leadership across multiple sites and countries.
• Experience in programme management, governance and budgeting.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
• Degree in logistics, supply chain or related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with customer and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own regional operational performance with KPI frameworks, service levels, and reporting to the customer.
• Lead programme delivery across the region, including site start-ups, process rollouts, and continuous improvement.
• Own the regional budget and cost control; drive productivity and spend discipline through influence, not direct ownership of P&L.
• Lead and develop country operations leads, setting common standards for safety, compliance and governance.
• Act as the senior operational contact for the customer and regional stakeholders.
• Shape the Asia Pacific growth plan, including onboarding of future customers and sites.

Our client is a leading global contract logistics provider expanding its Asia Pacific platform. It is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to take full ownership of operations for a single enterprise customer, served through dedicated sites across the region. As the client grows in Asia Pacific, the scope is expected to extend to additional customers.
This role is expected to lead and govern operations across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring consistent service delivery, cost discipline and readiness for growth.

The Challenges

• Own regional operational performance, including KPI frameworks, service level delivery and reporting to the customer.

What It Takes

• Minimum 7 years ofthird party logistics experience, with proven leadership across multiple sites and countries in Asia Pacific.
• Strong record in programme management, governance and regional budgeting.
• Experience in mission critical, spare parts or other high-value, time-sensitive logistics is a strong advantage.
• Able to lead country leads without owning their P&L, and to engage senior customer stakeholders.
• Degree in logistics, supply chain or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
